Developer wants to track where I am...
...just to trigger inactivity reminders/prompts? Give me a break.
I do like the apps layout; the presentation of the data. I do not like the apps "snooping" and its running my battery down by mandating that GPS be on! OK, I could see that some small number of folks could be interested in seeing different location base data where they might end up being more or less active, but Im doubting thats a very large percentage of people. Most folks simply want prompts to "Get Moving" if they been sedentary too long.
Heres an idea; put an option choice in your settings. How about allowing users whod like to preserve their already less than stellar battery life (its not like these iPhones are known for their great batteries) and let users choose if they want location info or not? (Its obvious the developer wants to know where you are but does he/she/they really need to for the app to work? Of course not! Maybe provide an option to use GPS or not? Just a little yes/no toggle switch in settings?
Until this app stops depleting my battery I wont be making any use of it; goodbye Get Moving...
